Come and join us for a Technique Clinic in New Farm park on Saturday October 8 from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. The clinic is open to people we have trained, or other experienced Nordic Walkers. We’ll be looking at your technique and helping you to improve beyond your current level, so that you get the most out of your Nordic Walking sessions.
There are five spots spots available for the clinic, and it's completely free if you bring a friend along to learn how to Nordic walk! Stephen will be conducing the technique clinic, and Li will be running the come-and-try session simultaneously.
Afterwards we will be having some lunch with international Nordic walking master trainer, Patrick Burtscher from Nordic Academy. Patrick also holds a Euro-Alps tour each year to his hometown in Austria (click here to learn more about it). For those who would like to have a chat to Patrick about Nordic walking or his Euro-Alps tour, he will be around the Teneriffe Physio practice in the afternoon to give more details.
